DAY 2: WHIDBEY ISLAND
Travel to Whidbey Island and experience the dramatic beauty of Deception Pass Bridge, where you'll have the opportunity to view this iconic engineering landmark from above and below. Then visit Fort Casey Historical State Park to explore historic military batteries and a 1903 lighthouse overlooking Puget Sound. Later, enjoy a tasting at a local vineyard before gathering for dinner at a regional restaurant. B, D
DAY 3: SKAGIT VALLEY TULIP FESTIVAL
Experience the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, a beloved Washington tradition featuring more than a million blooming tulips. Visit RoozenGaarde, where rows of colorful tulips stretch across the landscape and a Washington State University Master Gardener shares insights into tulip growing and agricultural practices. After lunch, continue to Tulip Town to explore the windmill garden and art gallery before enjoying a trolley ride through the vibrant tulip fields. B, L
DAY 4: CANADA’S VANCOUVER ISLAND
Cross into Canada and board the BC Ferry for a scenic cruise through Active Pass, surrounded by coastal islands and Pacific Northwest scenery. Upon arrival on Vancouver Island, visit Butchart Gardens, a National Historic Site of Canada featuring 55 acres of beautifully maintained gardens bursting with spring color. Then settle into your upgraded waterfront accommodations at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria for a relaxing three-night stay overlooking the Inner Harbour. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant featuring regional flavors. B, D
DAY 5: VICTORIA, BC
Discover Victoria with a local guide as you explore Fisherman's Wharf, James Bay, Craigdarroch Castle, and other highlights of this charming waterfront city. Later, experience the tradition of High Tea at the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel, a Victoria landmark that has welcomed royalty and travelers since 1908. This evening, enjoy free time to stroll along the Inner Harbour, listen to local street performers, and dine on your own at one of Victoria's local restaurants. B, L
DAY 6: WHALE WATCHING CRUISE
Enjoy a relaxing morning in Victoria with time to explore at your own pace. You may choose to visit the Royal BC Museum, browse the shops along Government Street, or join your Tour Director for a guided visit to the Parliament Building. This afternoon, board a whale-watching cruise on the Salish Sea with a certified marine mammal expert. Cruise through the Strait of Juan de Fuca in search of orcas, humpback whales, and other marine wildlife while taking in the region's spectacular coastal scenery. B, D
DAY 7: OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK VISITOR CENTER
Board the MV Coho Ferry for a scenic crossing to Port Angeles, Washington, with views of the Olympic Peninsula along the Salish Sea. Upon arrival, learn about several of the city's historic murals before visiting Olympic National Park Visitor Center to explore exhibits and learn more about the park's landscapes and wildlife. Later, stop in Poulsbo, a charming town with Norwegian heritage, and visit the famous Sluy's Bakery before continuing to Tacoma for a farewell dinner and overnight stay. B, D
DAY 8: TRAVEL HOME
Return home from Seattle with wonderful memories of blooming tulip fields, coastal scenery, and your time in Victoria and the Pacific Northwest. B

Arrival Time
Our Welcome Dinner on Day 1 is at our hotel, Doubletree by Hilton Seattle Airport, starting at 6:00 p.m. We recommend scheduling your flight to arrive by 3:30 p.m.
Departure Time
Schedule your flight home to depart the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport any time after breakfast Day 8. A breakfast voucher will be given to each person to use at their leisure. Plan your return flight home to best fit your schedule.
Airport Transportation / Vehicle Parking
Our starting hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to/from the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport. If you are driving to the starting location, they also offer complimentary parking for the duration of the tour.
Walking Distance
To fully enjoy your vacation, you should be in good physical health and understand there are times when a good deal of walking is involved in our tours. Those who have difficulty walking may not want to take this trip or should discuss their personal situation with their doctor before deciding. You should be able to walk at a steady pace up to a mile at a time for a daily total of three to four miles per day and be able to manage steps to board/de-board the motorcoach several times a day. In addition, please know you may be expected to exit the motorcoach at each stop because local law requires mandatory motorcoach driver breaks.
Due to the lack of proper facilities at some of the farms, ranches, and off-the-beaten-path sites we often visit, we are unable to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.
