DAY 1—WELCOME TO BOSTON!
After arriving in Boston, enjoy a welcome dinner with your Tour Director and friendly travel companions. D

DAY 2—PROVIDENCE/NEWPORT POLO
Visit the Rhode Island State House, where we’ll discover the origins of the 13th state and the history behind its great capitol. Next, journey to Federal Hill, where you’ll be immersed in Providence’s vast Italian community. Enjoy a delicious Italian lunch and relax on a traditional gondola ride along the Providence and Woonasquatucket Rivers. Continue to Newport with an exclusive invitation to America’s first polo club and enjoy a private tour of the illustrious 1876 club, complete with discussions and demonstrations by the U.S. Polo Club’s captain. Watch the horses prepare for a match and try your hand at a few swings! B, L

DAY 3—NEWPORT TRADE SCHOOL/THE MARBLE HOUSE
At a local trade school nestled in the heart of Newport, witness the dedication and craftsmanship of aspiring makers, builders, designers, and technicians as they work to hone their skills in boatbuilding and restoration. Enjoy time strolling the quaint streets of Newport and its famous Bowens Wharf before hopping aboard a trolley tour for a glimpse into the opulent Gilded Age of Newport. Admire the charm of Newport’s historic buildings and step back in time as you stroll through the grand halls of the Vanderbilt’s Marble House. B, D

DAY 4—BLOCK ISLAND/IGGY’S DOUGHBOYS
Experience Island life as we set sail for Block Island, a true gem of Rhode Island. Discover the charm of Block Island’s quaint streets, crystal-clear waters, and historic lighthouses. Enjoy a private tour of the island, unveiling its hidden treasures and rich history. Once returned to the mainland, we’ll enjoy a Rhode Island classic: doughboys! Indulge in this beloved snack, which has been delighting locals and visitors alike since the start of Iggy’s Doughboys in 1989. B, D

DAY 5—MYSTIC/PEZ VISITOR CENTER
Today, we’re headed for Connecticut and the charming town of Mystic. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in maritime history at the Mystic Seaport Museum, the nation’s premier maritime museum. Explore the working shipyard and stroll the seaport village where you’ll be transported to 19th-century costal life in New England. Later, we’ll travel to New Haven and step into the playful world of PEZ! Discover the history of this beloved candy, from its beginnings in the 1920s to its introduction of themed dispensers that made it the iconic brand we know today. B

DAY 6—NEW ENGLAND ARTISTRY
We’ll start our day exploring the enchanting world of carousels. Experience great nostalgia as we view the collection of over 200 antique wooden horses and get an in-depth look at the restoration process used to protect these American treasures. Then, it’s on to Massachusetts where we’ll delve into the world of Norman Rockwell. Marvel at Rockwell’s original paintings and be enchanted by his studio. We’ll continue to Chesterwood, the former home and studio of Daniel Chester French, the renowned sculptor behind the majestic Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. B, L, D

DAY 7—YANKEE CANDLE VILLAGE/LEXINGTON/CONCORD
A world of enchantment awaits at the renowned Yankee Candle Village. Shop til you drop at this one-of- a-kind shopping experience complete with a charming Bavarian Christmas village, an indulgent fudge shop, and endless rows of fragrant candles. Then, it’s over to the historic towns of Lexington and Concord, the birthplace of American Liberty. With our knowledgeable guide, step back in time into the lives of 18th and 19th-century Americans — from humble farmers to literary giants and the courageous heroes who shaped our nation. B, D

DAY 8COMMUNITY ROW/HARVARD UNIVERSITY
Start the day with a visit to Community Rowing, where we delve into the rich history, deep passions, and enduring traditions behind the sport. Next, we’ll tour the grounds of the esteemed Harvard University, guided by a current Harvard student. Then it’s time to head back home with fond new memories. B
