DAY 1: TORONTO, ONTARIO

Head to trendy Toronto for a two-night stay in the centrally located 5-Star Fairmont Royal York with hand-painted ceilings and glamorous chandeliers that harken back to its opening in 1929. Meet your fellow guests at dinner, 1136 feet up, in the CN Tower where a full rotation offers spectacular views of Toronto skyline! D

DAY 2: FAIRMONT ROYAL YORK/TORONTO HIGHLIGHTS

Explore the bustling city of Toronto with a local expert, including a visit to the Distillery District, home to the Love Locks, more than 40 boutiques, and one-of-a-kind shops! Attend a live theatre production in the acclaimed Toronto Theatre District. B, D

DAY 3: FAIRMONT QUEEN ELIZABETH

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before traveling into Quebec to Montreal for a stay at the 4-star Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. This hotel is an urban respite which sits above the underground shops and train station. Take some time to explore the fascinating underground world before savoring a dinner sourced from local farms at the hotel’s acclaimed Roselys restaurant. B, D

DAY 4: FAIRMONT LE CHATEAU FRONTENAC

Our local tour guide will acquaint us with Montreal’s cultural heritage and cosmopolitan blend of old and new as we see all the “must-see sights” including Montreal’s crown jewel, the Notre-Dame Basilica. Travel to Quebec City and enroute enjoy a rustic and traditional sugar shack dinner experience with live entertainment and poured “taffy on snow.” Check into our hotel for the next three nights. DAY 5: EXPLORING QUEBEC CITY

Join our local guide for informative exploration of the most European of North American cities, Quebec City. See the massive stone architecture, the heavily fortified walls and the charm of Old Quebec City. This afternoon is free to explore, shop, and acclimate into the local culture before dinner at the historic Aux Anciens, known for traditional Québécois cuisine! B, D

DAY 6: MONTMORENCY FALLS

Relax in our impressive hotel this morning before we visit Montmorency Falls. Board a cable car ride up 272 feet while captivated by the majestic waterfall to the Manoir for a delectable lunch. Visit Cuivres d’art Albert Gilles studio to see and learn how he crafted the copper doors of the Basilica! Tour St. Anne de Beaupre, where you’ll be captivated by the spiritual ambiance of the basilica. Afterward, enjoy free time in Quebec City to immerse yourself in its charm. B, L

DAY 7: FAIRMONT CHATEAU LAURIER

Journey to Canada’s beautiful capital city of Ottawa. En route, enjoy a guided tour at Fromagerie St-Albert to watch master cheesemakers craft award-winning curds, while learning the rich history. Taste the cheese curds on their signature Poutine dish before continuing to one of Canada’s largest and most popular cultural institutions, The Canadian Museum of History. Savor award-winning farm to table cuisine before settling in for a 2-night stay at the 5-star Fairmont Château Laurier. B, D

DAY 8: SHOWCASING OTTAWA/TULIP FESTIVAL

Discover the sites of Ottawa and the Tulip Festival, featuring more than three million tulips. Visit Commissioner’s Park, Parliament Hill, and Sussex Drive, view the official residences of the Prime Minister and Governor General and many other sights. Enjoy built in free time to stroll among the Parliament Buildings, explore the Byward Market and perhaps try a “Beavertail!” B

DAY 9: NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO

Journey along the shores of Lake Ontario into Niagara Falls, Ontario. Dine at the prominent Skylon tower revolving dining room, located 775 feet above the falls with incredible views. This evening, check in for an overnight stay at our hotel, located within easy walking distance to the seawall to view Niagara Falls. B, D

DAY 10: CRUISE NIAGARA FALLS/FLIGHTS HOME

Board Canada’s Niagara City Cruises boat for a cruise past American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and into the very heart of Horseshoe Falls for an exhilarating up-close encounter with the famous natural wonder, Niagara Falls. This afternoon, say au revoir from Toronto and “merci” for a trip filled with extraordinary memories! B

Arrival Time
Our Welcome Dinner on Day 1 is at the CN Tower, starting at 5:30 p.m. We will leave the hotel on a motorcoach at 5:00pm. We recommend scheduling your flight to arrive at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) by 3:00 p.m.

Departure Time
Schedule your flight home to depart Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) any time after 2:30 p.m. on Day 10.

Airport Transportation / Vehicle Parking
We ask that you utilize Uber, Lyft or a taxi to the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. Keep your receipts, and email or mail them to us following your tour, and we will reimburse you for your transfer expenses up to $100 per person.

Walking Distance
To fully enjoy your vacation, you should be in good physical health and understand there are times when a good deal of walking is involved in our tours. Those who have difficulty walking may not want to take this trip or should discuss their personal situation with their doctor before deciding. You should be able to walk at a steady pace up to a mile at a time for a daily total of three to four miles per day and be able to manage steps to board/de-board the motorcoach several times a day. In addition, please know you may be expected to exit the motorcoach at each stop because local law requires mandatory motorcoach driver breaks.

Due to the lack of proper facilities at some of the attractions and off-the-beaten-path sites we often visit, we are unable to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.

Travel to Canada requires a valid U.S. passport.

Dress on tour is casual. A light jacket or sweater, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, and an umbrella or rain jacket are recommended, as spring weather can vary. Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat or visor, and comfortable walking shoes will add to your enjoyment of this tour.

Although water bottles may be available while on tour, bringing a refillable water bottle is encouraged to help you stay refreshed throughout the day while also being kind to the environment in Canada.
