This section provides page-by-page guidance for completing the online reservation process.

DEPARTURES OVERVIEW

Departures available for online reservation or purchase are hyperlinked on this page, along with the base price per person for the package.

Prices indicated on this page do NOT include optional extensions, optional local side tours, optional upgrades, or Travel Protection Plan fees, or other options, including any available discounts. You will have an opportunity to select these additions or discounts later.

Departures that are sold out, have limited availability, or are too close to their final departure date may no longer be available for online purchase here. However, our Reservations Team will be happy to provide assistance with such departures directly at 855-744-8747 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or 262-923-8120 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS & PROMOTIONS

On this page, you may select the kind of accommodation you wish to reserve (one traveler per room, multiple travelers per room) and enter an optional promotional discount code, if any.

MULTIPLE TRAVELERS - Those sharing a room with an unrelated travel partner MAY select the lower "Doubles Rate" ("Based on two adults sharing a room") on this page. However, this online reservation system only permits use of a single payment method, such as a credit card required for paying a deposit. "Solo Share" travelers seeking to divide deposit charges, travel protection fees, reservation discounts, etc. with separate invoicing, or other travelers wishing to use multiple payment methods should call our Reservations Team for assistance at 855-744-8747 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or 262-923-8120 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

MULTIPLE PROMOTION CODES - If you have more than a single promotion code to submit, you may not use the online reservation system to complete your reservation. In this case, please call our Reservations Team for assistance at 855-744-8747 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or 262-923-8120 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

 

OPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS

On this page, you may select any special tour options or extensions, including any available pre-tour or post-tour hotel accommodations in our return or departure cities. Please note that the prices provided are "per person" in the case of optional local add-on tours or meals, etc., except for accommodations, which are "per room".

OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION - An optional Travel Protection Plan available may be selected by checking "Yes" or "No" on this page. It can also be added at any later time before final payment is received by contacting our Reservations Team. 

Please note: Even upon selecting "Yes" on this page, travel coverage will not be in effect until full tour payment plus the cost of insurance is received. Deposit payments made online during this session are applied only toward tour fees, and not toward travel insurance.

If the cancellation deadline for a "Last Minute" reservation has already passed and you will be making a full payment immediately at the end of this online reservation process, you will NOT be able to go back and add Travel Protection Plan coverage after completing this session.

 

SUMMARY

This page shows a summary of your selections and their itemized costs for this departure, including the departure date, tour package selected, any extensions or other options, discounts applied (if any), and the Grand Total that will be due within the period specified in the Terms & Conditions for your package (usually within 60 or 90 days of departure).

If the items shown do not match your preferences, you may use the BACK button at the bottom to return to a previous page or the CANCEL button to exit the online reservation system.

 

TRAVELER INFORMATION

On this page, please enter the name of the person or persons traveling together on this reservation, beginning with the PRIMARY traveler to whom we should address related correspondence, followed by other accompanying travelers.

Please be sure to enter traveler names, gender, and birthdate exactly as indicated on your passport or other main form of identification used for travel abroad, including Canadian and Alaskan travelers.

Please be sure to enter your birthdate in the format MM/DD/YYYY. For example, if your birthday is "September 1, 1950" please write "09/01/1950".

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS & CONTACTS

SELECT PAYMENT OPTIONS - Select which amount you wish to pay at this time -- a reservation deposit OR payment in full. If you choose to complete your reservation with a partial deposit at this time, your full payment will be due by the deadline indicated on your invoice.

TRAVELER CONTACT INFORMATION - In this section, please provide the main contact and billing information for the primary traveler on this reservation. Please note that the Address provided must match the billing information for the form of payment you will use to secure this reservation.

If you wish to have ticketing information and tour-related correpsondence sent to an address other than the billing address, please enter the mailing address to use in the field marked "Traveler Mailing Address(es) (if different from Billing Address)".

For Solo Share Travelers: If you will be sharing accommodations with an unrelated person who will be making reservation and payment arrangements separately from this reservation, please provide the name and contact information for the traveler in the field marked "Comments, Travel Partners with Separate Reservations, or Other Special Instructions". Please also indicate to your friend your own reservation details, and note that both reservations must meet the deadlines and other terms specified in the Terms & Conditions for your tour package and departure.


CREDIT CARD DETAILS
- To pay your reservation deposit or tour fee in full, enter your type of credit (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), card number, expiration date, and "CSV" Code (a 3-digit security code found in the signature area on the back side of the card).

REVIEW/ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS - Before submitting your reservations request, you will be asked to review CTD's Terms & Conditions detailing our reservation changes, cancellation, refund, payment deadline, travel insurance and other policies, and then confirm your acceptance.

 

CONFIRMATION

Once you have submitted your reservation and payment information, you will see a confirmation page providing a Reservation Confirmation Number to keep for your records and to use in any correspondence with our Reservations Team. Additionally, you will receive an email with the itemized invoice attached at the email address you provided in the Traveler Contact section of the reservation process.

ERRORS - In most cases, any errors encountered while processing your payment will be reported on this screen. If you see an error message, please use the BACK button to return to the previous page and verify that all of the payment and billing information has been input correctly according to your bank or credit institution, including billing address, security code, name on card, card type, and expiration dates. If you continue to experience problems after that, please call our Reservations Team for assistance at 855-744-8747 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or 262-923-8120 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

 

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Travelers booking trips within 60 days of departure are encouraged to request, fill out and return our Traveler Profile Form as soon as possible. For your convenience, this may be printed, filled out and returned via mail or fax (262-395-4296), or else filled out electronically. Please call us to request a Traveler Profile Form.

 

EMAIL

Once you have submitted your reservation and payment information, you will receive an email at the email address you provided in the Traveler Contact section of the reservation process.

NON-RECEIPT - To ensure receipt, please be sure your email filters are set to accept emails from addresses at the @CountryTravelDiscoveries.com domain, and can accept attachments including the receipt we'll send you in both Adobe PDF and HTML "web page" formats.

If you do not see a confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your transaction, please check your email "spam folder" and then if needed call our Reservations Team for assistance at 855-744-8747 (toll-free, U.S. and Canada) or 262-923-8120 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. For faster service, please try to have your Reservation Confirmation Number handy when you contact us.

 

INVOICES

Once you have submitted your reservation and payment information, you will receive an email with the itemized invoice attached at the email address you provided in the Traveler Contact section of the reservation process.

INVOICE FORMATS - Invoices are attached in both Adobe PDF and HTML (“Web page”) format. You can easily view the Adobe PDF format using Adobe Reader, which is free to download from www.adobe.com/reader. You can view the HTML format with your favorite Web browser.
