DAY 1—“MAN THIS IS BASEBALL. YOU GOTTA STOP THINKING, JUST HAVE FUN.” - THE SANDLOT
This morning we hit the road from our office in Elm Grove, WI to “The Forest City” of Cleveland, OH. While watching our Hometown Baseball Team take on Cleveland will be a highlight, we have plenty of delightful stops along the way! In Mill Creek, Illinois we’ll learn about endangered Lipizzaner horses and watch a training session to see these majestic animals in action. With less than 12,000 Lipizzaner horses worldwide, our time in Mill Creek will help us understand their amazing athleticism and history. After a group lunch together, we head to South Bend, Indiana. Tonight, we will take in a Minor League Class A baseball game between the South Bend Cubs (the 2022 Midwest League Champions!) and the Fort Wayne Tincaps. L, D

DAY 2—“YOU WANNA HAVE A CATCH?” - FIELD OF DREAMS
Founded in 1842 by Reverend Edward Sorin, we start the morning with a tour of the University of Notre Dame – one of the top universities in the United States. From the Golden Dome to the Grotto, we will meet with a private guide to take a 1.5 mile walking historical tour of the gorgeous campus of The University of Notre Dame. For lunch, we head to Middlebury, IN to enjoy a family Amish-style lunch at Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant. This iconic local gem was founded in 1971 by Bob & Sue Miller and is hailed as the largest restaurant in Indiana. Then we hit the road for our remaining travels to Cleveland! Upon arrival, we’ll check into the Hotel Indigo in downtown before gathering together for dinner. B, L, D

DAY 3—“IF MY UNIFORM DOESN’T GET DIRTY, I HAVEN’T DONE ANYTHING IN THE BASEBALL GAME.” – RICKEY HENDERSON
No visit to The Rock and Roll Capital of World would be complete without a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Rock Hall plays host to ever-evolving and changing exhibits including Elvis, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and many more. We’ll enjoy time to explore the museum before lunch on your own at West Side Market, Cleveland’s oldest continuously operating market since 1912. Relish in the 100+ vendors with free time to peruse the shops. Tonight, head to Progressive Field to take in our second baseball game of the tour and our first Milwaukee vs Cleveland game with All-Inclusive Club Seats. You’ll have access to a Club Lounge right behind your seats with all food and non-alcoholic beverages included! B, D

DAY 4—“NEVER ALLOW THE FEAR OF STRIKING OUT KEEP YOU FROM PLAYING THE GAME.” – BABE RUTH
After breakfast, we head over to League Park, the original home to the Cleveland Spiders and later the Cleveland Indians. The first pitch at League Park was on May 1, 1891 against the Cincinnati Reds and was thrown by future Baseball Hall of Famer, Denton True “Cy” Young. We will learn the history of League Park and even take in the Baseball Heritage Museum, which is located in the former ticket house. Then you’re in for a real treat! What does a festive leg lamp, a Red Ryder BB Gun, and Bunny Costume all have in common? They’re all iconic scenes from the movie “A Christmas Story”, which we’ll enjoy up-close during our tour of Ralphie’s home and the true filming location. The rest of our afternoon will be spent back at the ballpark to take in our third and final baseball game at Progressive Park! You’ll enjoy “dining dollars” with your ticket for lunch, snacks or even souvenirs at the ballpark! After the game, we gather together for a farewell dinner and reminisce about our time cheering on our home team. B, L, D

DAY 5—“CLOSE DOESN’T COUNT IN BASEBALL. CLOSE ONLY COUNTS IN HORSESHOES AND GRENADES.” – FRANK ROBINSON
Today we drive back home to Milwaukee with great baseball memories and new friends. B, L
